With the launch of the Top 100 Managers magazine, Capital business publication awarded some of the CEOs included in the top during a gala that took place on April 19th.
Cosmin Samoilă, CFO One United Properties, received the distinction for excellence in management, for the achievements of the company which has become the largest real estate developer listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
Cosmin told Capital magazine that he believes almost everything in the financial area will be different in the next 10 years.
"As major changes, I see almost complete digitalization and globalization, increasing the complexity of operations, raising the degree of legislative compliance and tightening sanctions, and especially an increasingly important role of the financial function in all organizations. If we talk about the real estate market, real estate assets will certainly be worth a lot more than they are at the moment.”
