The visit on-site at One Floreasca City was a glimpse into the current stage of the construction and a look in the future on how this project will propose a different lifestyle. It was designed from the very first beginning to make a permanent impression and to represent an expression of world-class modernism, sustainability, and neighborhood integration. Moreover, both the residential compound – One Mircea Eliade – and the office complex – One Tower have obtained the highest green and sustainability certifications.
