One United Properties recently announced three major new real estate projects in Bucharest. Co-CEO and co-founder Victor Căpitanu elaborated that these developments will include 1,000 premium, affordably priced apartments.
The company is focused on transforming former industrial sites into modern residential areas, such as the ROCAR project, which is conveniently located just 15 minutes from Unirii Square.
One United Properties is set to develop 5,000 apartments on the former ROCAR site, strategically positioned near metro stations and major parks. These residences will offer pricing comparable to older apartments but will feature modern amenities and energy-efficient facilities. Additionally, the One Lake District and One Cotroceni Park projects continue to draw attention due to their excellent locations and easy access to the city's main business districts.
