"The entire commercial portfolio of the Group has expanded this year through a series of important acquisitions, such as: the former Ford factory, which will be restored and transformed into One Gallery, a modern retail space with shops and restaurants, on approximately 13,000 sqm GLA; taking over the majority stake in Bucur Obor, a shopping centre and emblematic building of Bucharest, with a GLA of 26,000 sqm",

said Mihai Păduroiu for ZF.

The CEO also discussed the occupancy rate of office space, noting that from January 2020 until now, the company has leased 103,400 sqm of office space, which represents 25% of the total volume of relocation transactions recorded at the global level of the market from us, in the mentioned period.
