One United Properties will develop two towers with 140 exclusive apartments, with retail on the ground floor and small offices on the first floor.
One United Properties is working on a new development – One Floreasca Towers, situated on a 5,600 sqm land in Gara Floreasca Street, that will include 140 exclusive apartments, boutique offices, and commercial areas. The company bought the land last year from the Italian rally driver Gabriele Marotta and the first intention was to build a luxury hotel and apartments. However, in the new context caused by the pandemic, One United Properties will develop two towers with 140 exclusive apartments, with retail on the ground floor and small offices on the first floor.
Victor Căpitanu, One United Properties cofounder:
“The project overlooks SkyTower and Lake Floreasca, but also the office park Equilibrium. It will take a year and a half to design and authorize and another two years to build, so it will be delivered most likely by the end of 2023. We will soon start an international tender to designate the architecture firm which will carry out the project. We decided to change it because there are not many investors on the hotel market right now, that's why we will make exclusive apartments, something we really master on the market.”
