One Herăstrău Plaza is a high-end residential compound with 156 apartments within walking distance to Floreasca Lake, Herăstrău Park, and Promenada Shopping Mall. One Herăstrău Plaza is a collective housing estate, an ensemble composed of two prismatic bars, distinguished by a bold and heteroclite architectural expression.
The project signed by architect Marius Călin and the team of architects at X Architecture & Engineering is conceived as a white building standing out in the urban landscape of the area, an intervention that restores the elegance of the urban space, offering the passers-by and the residents really balanced spaces.
