The latest trends in the labour market, the companies’ strategies to attract the most suitable employees, and the changes in the work process after the pandemic years, are some of the topics addressed at the Human Capital HR Conference, which took place on March 29 at the JW Marriott.
Iulia Zamfir, One United Properties HR manager, was present to discuss the challenges in the real estate industry and how to keep a fast-growing brand in the spotlight for potential talents.
"In addition to being a company that has stood out in the real estate market thanks to mixed developments based on renewable energy and modern construction technologies, One is a young organization that has developed a lot in the last 2-3 years, both in terms of projects, as well as the team. The work environment is one still carrying the entrepreneurial spirit and we have a team of ambitious and well-trained people, each in the field they operate in, who support the company's business objectives. In addition to supporting continuing professional development and the customized training provided for each department, depending on the needs and specifics of the activity, senior colleagues and department managers are always open to share their knowledge and help others. At the same time, we offer the possibility of a transfer from one department to another, if an employee believes that another field of activity suits him or her better",
explained Iulia.
She also stated that the One team emphasizes the idea of community not only in the projects they develop but in their daily activities at work as well.
"As we have proven that we are a reliable partner for our clients and investors, as an employer One is a company you can rely on, offering stability and opportunities for professional affirmation.”
