In a recent article for AZ Imobiliare, Andrei Diaconescu, One United Properties co-founder believes that the real estate market will recover relatively quickly. The company is preparing for a new luxury project in Floreasca area, One Peninsula, while construction on sites is carefully being monitored.
”We set out to start construction work in May 2020. The current situation is difficult, but we believe that things will return relatively quickly to normal. We believe that our segment will not be significantly affected, which is why our projects are still on and functioning. Moreover, we will also start One Peninsula project, for which we have already sold 3 apartments”,
Mr. Diaconescu said.
One Peninsula will be the seventh site opened by One United Properties in Bucharest.
