Romania has become the second economic force in Central and Eastern Europe, as highlighted by Antena 3 CNN after Capital Market Day on April 4th and 5th, 2024, in Bucharest.
The capital city contributes about 30% to the national GDP.
"Bucharest is a powerhouse city, with a GDP expected to reach nearly 100 billion dollars this year. It boasts a much larger economy compared to other countries in the region,"
said Victor Căpitanu, Co-Founder & Co-CEO of One United Properties.
With Bucharest's population nearing three million, housing demand has surged. We plan to deliver 20,000 new homes by 2030. Recent developments in neighborhoods like Cotroceni and Tineretului highlight our commitment. Last year, over 1,400 homes were delivered, with 4,000 more in development.
Victor Căpitanu added,
"The growth and development of Bucharest are essential. One United Properties is committed to creating sustainable communities that support this expansion."
In conclusion, Romania, led by Bucharest, is an economic leader in the region. Our focus on innovation and sustainability will drive further contributions to the country's development.
