Victor Căpitanu has been recognized as one of Romania’s top 100 managers by Capital magazine.

The Capital Excellence in Management Gala, organized annually by Capital magazine, honors the achievements of top managers from leading companies in Romania across various industries since 2015.

"Our company achieved record sales in 2023, with residential division revenues reaching 1.1 billion LEI, a 46% increase from the previous year due to our diversified residential offerings. Our commercial division also saw significant growth in office rentals,"

said Victor Căpitanu.

Despite challenges in the real estate sector, we achieved a record turnover of 1.5 billion LEI in 2023, up 31%, with a gross profit increase of 11%. We are also entering the hospitality industry with the upcoming Mondrian Bucharest hotel, set to transform the urban landscape.
