The awards event within the "Shape the City with Art" project brought together artists, art enthusiasts, and representatives from the creative industry to celebrate the impact of art on the urban landscape.

This innovative initiative transformed the fence of the future One Gallery, formerly the Ford Hall, into a true open-air art gallery, showcasing the creativity of 11 talented artists, including Sabatino Mateo, Trandafir Andreea, Mares Ana Maria, Louis Jamal, Lincu Alexa, Felea Andrei, Ianculescu Armand, Caragea Antonia, Alessandra Dumitrache, Luca Maiorescu, and Lucsoreanu Mădălina.

Each of them brought a unique perspective, illustrating the diversity and vibrant creativity of Bucharest. Over the course of a month, the public had the chance to vote for their favorite artwork, and the artist with the most votes was awarded a 5,000 RON voucher from One United Properties during the gala. Additionally, the winner received the opportunity to collaborate with Lemon Interior Design on future projects.

Luca Maiorescu, a third-year student at Ion Mincu University of Architecture, was named the grand winner of the competition. His artwork managed to capture both the public’s attention and the appreciation of the creative community, demonstrating talent and originality.

The event also included a guided tour, giving guests the opportunity to discover the stories behind the artworks directly from the artists involved. This interaction further strengthened the bond between art and the community, making the project even more relevant to the public. In a city that is constantly evolving, "Shape the City with Art" is not just an artistic project – it is a demonstration of how culture and creativity can redefine urban spaces.

This is just the beginning of a large-scale artistic movement. Shape the City continues to inspire and reimagine Bucharest, proving that art can shape the future of the city and influence the way we interact with the spaces we live in. The project stands as proof that public spaces can be transformed into living galleries, designed to inspire and enrich the city's experience.
