Bucharest Real Estate Club (BREC) has launched the Real Estate Premier League catalogue - the first index of owners and managers of the largest real estate companies active in Romania. One United Properties ranks in the top 10 of the most important real estate developers in our country in terms of portfolio value.
The combined value of the local portfolios of the largest real estate investors is €12.65 billion, according to data compiled by BREC.
One United Properties (founded by Victor Căpitanu and Andrei Diaconescu) has stood out through its intensive investment activity over the past two years. In addition to developing mixed-use projects, the company has invested in the acquisition of office buildings as well as historical buildings in the central area of Bucharest, which will be renovated and transformed into modern structures. The company currently has approximately 5,700 authorized apartments under development and over 3,000 in the design phase in Bucharest. Furthermore, One United Properties is constructing One Gallery, the restoration of the former Ford Factory, with a gross development value of 90 million euros, representing the largest private investment in a historical building in central Bucharest.

Additionally, One United Properties currently holds the largest residential portfolio for sale in Bucharest. The largest residential developments in the quality segment (medium and high-end) currently under construction are One Lake District, with over 2,000 apartments, One Cotroceni Park, One High District, and One Lake Club (900, 786, and 600 apartments, respectively).
