With every innovative real estate project focusing on urban regeneration, Bucharest comes back to life.

One of our company’s focuses has been to identify old and abandoned industrial platforms that can be changed into new mixed-use projects bringing together homes, offices, commercial areas and integrating all of them in a lively and organic community.

A TV report covered our work at One Cotroceni Park and followed our team directly on site. The new project is being developed in the heart of Bucharest, close to some important areas such as The Botanical Garden or Cotroceni Park. So far, it has been only an abandoned area surrounded by ruins on six hectares, in a central area of the city.

Arch. Marius Călin, principal at X Architecture & Engineering, explains that the area didn’t have urban support until this moment, but it will be restored to the city through an organic integration into the urban space. One United Properties is marking the start of the largest urban regeneration project in the central area of Bucharest, on an almost 6-hectare plot, the size of the lot allowing our team to build a concept that will redefine the classic real estate developments, outlining on the map of Bucharest a new point of interest.

One Cotroceni Park gives a new dimension to the concept ”Work – Live – Shop”, offering future employees and residents, who will live within the project, a retail complex with an area comparable to that of a medium-sized shopping center. For a high level of comfort of the employees of the future tenants and the residents, One Cotroceni Park will be directly connected to the future subway station Academia Militară through an underground passage.
