One Floreasca City was designed from the very first beginning to make a permanent impression and to represent an expression of world-class modernism, sustainability, and neighborhood integration. It represents a more expansive approach to the mixed-used concept, being a deliverer of social cohesion. Heritage, atmosphere, and landscape needed to be preserved. The answer to this preservation did not consist of solely renovating facades or the interior. It required an in-depth restructuring of existing spaces, to allow it to meet the current and future standards of tenants, and therefore the expectations of the society. We knew right from the start that this project will have tremendous potential: a brand-new mixed-use space right in the center of an ascending European capital.
