Terms and Conditions of Use
(excluding provisions regarding Personal Data Protection, which are governed separately by the Privacy Policy available here).
One United Properties S.A. (“OUP”), together with its affiliates, partners, and collaborators, has launched the One Community Program, through which it aims to provide its clients and other individuals or entities (natural persons or legal entities) with access to certain benefits when purchasing goods or services.
These Terms and Conditions govern the manner, duration, and conditions under which holders of ONE Cards may benefit from the aforementioned advantages.
For the implementation of the One Community Program, OUP has entered into collaboration agreements with its product and/or service provider partners. Under these agreements, the partners have agreed to offer specific benefits to ONE Card holders who present their cards at participating partner locations, subject to the agreed conditions.
The list of participating partners, as well as the benefits available through the presentation of a ONE Card, can be found in the Application.
1. Acceptance of the Terms
1.1. By installing, registering for, or using the One Community App (the “Application”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“T&C”). If you do not fully accept these T&C, you may not use the Application.
2. Definitions
Membership Card / Card – a digital card issued through the Application that grants access to benefits in accordance with these T&C.
User – an individual who creates a valid account within the Application.
Partner – a third-party merchant that provides discounts, rewards, or other benefits to Users.
Benefits – discounts, rewards, or preferential services available upon presentation of the Card.
3. Eligibility
The Application is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity.
4. Account Creation
4.1. Upon first access, you will be required to provide your email address and certain identification details. Once activated, authentication will be carried out using your email address together with any security measures implemented by the Application.
4.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
5. Card Structure and Eligibility Criteria by Card Tier

Cards are non-transferable and have no monetary value.
6. Benefits and Partner Responsibility
6.1. Benefits are provided exclusively by the Partners. Benefits may differ depending on the card tier held by the User. Conditions, availability periods, and the scope of benefits may be modified unilaterally by each Partner without prior notice.
6.2. As the One Community Program is based on the mutual intention of OUP and its Partners to participate in the Program, ONE Card holders acknowledge that any Partner may decide to withdraw from the Program or modify the benefits offered. In such cases, the list of Partners and benefits available through the Program will be updated in the Application. The list will also be updated whenever a new Partner joins the Program.
6.3. Users acknowledge that OUP and its Partners intend to maintain the One Community Program for as long as possible. However, OUP reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time and will inform Users of such termination through the Application.
OUP, as the operator of the Application, shall not be liable for:
The quality of products or services provided by Partners;
A Partner’s refusal to grant a specific benefit;
Any losses or damages arising from the relationship between the User and a Partner.
7. Amendments to the Terms, Benefits, and Points Rules
7.1. OUP, as the operator of the Application, may revise these T&C, the points allocation rules, upgrade thresholds, and the list of benefits at any time.
7.2. Any amendment shall become effective upon publication in the Application. Continued use of the Application and Cards constitutes tacit acceptance of such amendments.
8. Suspension and Termination of Accounts
8.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account if:
It has been used fraudulently or unlawfully;
These T&C have been breached;
There is suspicion of manipulation of points or rewards.
8.2. Upon termination of an account, any unused benefits shall be forfeited without compensation.
8.3. Cards may be cancelled by OUP if, for example, the cardholder no longer meets the eligibility criteria applicable at the time the card was granted, if the cardholder damages the reputation of OUP, its affiliates, or its Partners, or if the card is used in violation of applicable laws. OUP also reserves the right to cancel any Card whenever it deems appropriate.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, trademarks, and materials available within the Application are the property of OUP and/or its Partners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use, modification, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Application. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator’s liability shall be limited to RON 500 per User.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania.
Any dispute arising in connection with these T&C shall first be resolved amicably. Failing such resolution, jurisdiction shall lie with the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania.
