One United Properties announced the acquisition of 5 hectares of land for a new mixed-use project, One Cotroceni Towers, that will feature the highest residential towers in Bucharest, after the landmark success of the development of One Cotroceni Park.
With a Gross Development Value (GDV) estimated in the range of 400 million euros, the residential component will accommodate over 1,290 units spread over five towers.
One Cotroceni Towers residents and tenants will have walking distance access to a vast array of facilities and services for the community, spread over the entire neighborhood of approximately 11 hectares. From commercial spaces for a variety of services, like gym with pool, food markets, restaurants, and afterschool for kids to many other typical services that will reduce the commute time of the residents.
