The first deliveries of the apartments and office spaces are scheduled for the fourth quarter of this year.
In the fall of 2019, the company set a record of residential real estate transactions by selling a penthouse at the price of 6.8 million euros, excluding VAT. In the first week of 2020, over 85% of the available apartments were contracted. The stock of the remaining apartments available has prices ranging from 280,000 euros to 3.5 million euros plus VAT.
In the case of One Tower, the office compound of the multifunctional project One Floreasca City, the company announced that only a third part of the total rentable surface is now available, while the rest is firmly contracted. One Tower's first known tenant is CBRE, real estate consulting company.
