This year's edition of Imobiliare.ro Awards event brought together professionals in the field and awarded those outstanding results of the last year.
One United Properties received no less than 5 awards in the following categories: Best national real estate developer in 2022: One United Properties, Best Residential high-end development in 2022: One Verdi Park, Best Performance in Sales 2022 - Real Estate Agencies: SKIA REAL ESTATE, Performance in Sales: Daniel Coman, Best mixed of services and facilities in 2022: One Cotroceni Park. The company was awarded for its effort to develop new communities and set new landmarks on the Bucharest map, always having in mind urban regeneration, green living and modern homes and offices.
160 applications were submitted for Imobiliare.ro Awards 2023, and the competition was a tight one especially in Developers category. Prizes were awarded for three proposed categories: Real Estate Agents, Real Estate Developers and Real Estate People. Candidates had the opportunity to register starting in March. Specialists in the field and members of the Imobiliare.ro team formed the jury that analysed, verified and scored the applications submitted by the candidates entering the competition.
During the two days of conferences and workshops (May 23 and May 24), real estate professionals learned real estate news, effective methods for managing stress, strategies for reinventing themselves in the style of great performers, and much more.
