Forbes Romania, the elite guide for the country's business world, hosted a special event – the Personality of the Year Gala, a moment of recognition and celebration for those innovative leaders who have paved the way, overcome obstacles, and redefined boundaries in a manner that has inspired and shaped the business landscape of Romania in the concluding year.
During the event, One United Properties received the Deal of the Year Award for the office project announced for Infineon Technologies. In 2023, One United Properties concluded a record transaction of 57 million euros with Infineon Technologies: the company will develop a sustainable turnkey office building with a leasable area of 20,000 square meters for the German tech giant. The office hub will serve Infineon's needs for a period of 15 years, starting in 2026. This represents one of the largest pre-lease agreements ever recorded in the local office market.
