One United Properties has received the Special Award for Dynamism at Forbes Best Office Building Gala that took place on Thursday, February 28th. The company was awarded this prize for its office division One Office.
Motivation: a name that has been particularly remarkable in the luxury residential area has also stormed the office area by tens of millions of euros in transactions, but especially through important short and medium-term development plans such as One Tower, the office building part of One Floreasca City Multifunctional Assembly, which recently obtained the US Green Building Council pre-certification LEED v4 Core & Shell Platinum, the best performance of a building in the construction phase on Romanian market.
ONE UNITED PROPERTIES - Today the company is one of the most active real estate developers in Bucharest. Established in 2007 by Victor Căpitanu and Andrei Diaconescu, One United Properties is known for exclusive real estate projects such as One Floreasca Lake, One Herastrau Park (the first residential complex in Green Homes certified by Romania Green Building Council and the Residential project of the year in 2017 in Romania), One Charles de Gaulle or One Herastrau Plaza. Starting with 2017, the office division, One Office has nowadays an existing portfolio of 35,000 sqm leasable (One North Gate business park and One Victoriei Center, the former Bucharest Corporate Center) and a 150,000 sqm leased pipeline (One Tower, part of One Floreasca City, One Cotroceni Park and One Verdi Park).
