During the Gala that took place on October 26th, One United Properties received the award for their overall contribution to sustainability. All ONE developments hold top certifications in sustainability, energy efficiency, and wellness, and the company has received numerous international and local awards. It is the first real estate developer in Romania to receive the "Best Sustainable Residential Development in the World" award at the International Property Awards 2019-2020.
