One Cotroceni Park delivers a concept that changes the perspective on classic real estate developments and that will become a reference point for the future of Bucharest.

One United Properties has completed the EUR 25 million capital increase process for investments in the largest urban regeneration project in Bucharest currently developed on the site of the former Ventilatorul factory: One Cotroceni Park. The company has recently sold 30% of the companies that control One Cotroceni Park office component for a capital increase that will be invested in the development of this project.

At this moment, 50% of One Cotroceni Park office component phase 1 is already pre-leased. The entire space is built according to the latest technological standards for the most efficient office building adapted to the post-COVID reality.

"One Cotroceni Park delivers a concept that changes the perspective on classic real estate developments and that will become a reference point for the future of Bucharest",

says Mihai Păduroiu, CEO of the One United Properties office division.

"The business park is unique and will offer flexible office spaces with access to green areas, suspended gardens, but also a variety of services developed around the concept of «wellbeing» - the quality of the working environment, areas for outdoor activities, including a gym with swimming pool, a 15,000 sqm retail gallery comparable to a mall area.”
