Ziarul Financiar media coverage: The 16-floor office tower in Floreasca developed by One United Properties will generate revenues of 6 million euros from the rents. The investment required to develop the entire One Floreasca City project is 100 million euros.
One Tower office building, part of One Floreasca City multifunctional real estate project in Bucharest, will be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2020. The company is expecting an estimated rent revenue of 6 million euros.
“For One Tower we expect rent revenues of 6 million euros. 40 % of the spaces have been rented so far to companies in the pharmaceutical sector, consulting companies or law firms. The construction works at One Tower is on schedule, with the project due to be delivered in the fourth quarter of next year",
said Victor Căpitanu, One United Properties co-founder.
One Tower, the office compound of One Floreasca City, covers an area of 24,000 square meters and will have a rentable area of 23,867 square meters, 460 parking spaces, charging stations for electric cars and bicycle parking. The entire One Floreasca City project covers 2.8 hectares of which 30% will be green spaces. The project will include offices, housing, and a retail area.
