Ziarul Financiar has launched the yearly top of the 100 most valuable companies in Romania, as part of a complex analysis of the local economic environment.
In order to capture the companies with the best evolution, data is processed with the 300 largest companies in Romania by turnover and the 300 largest profits, for a deeper knowledge of the Romanian economy. One United Properties ranks both in the Top 100 and in the top 25 most valuable Romanian entrepreneurial companies, in ninth place, up from last year.
Although this year has brought many challenges for the capital markets, Ziarul Financiar notes that there are companies whose capitalization has increased, as is the case of One United Properties with an increase of 21% compared to the previous year, when it listed on BVB.
The ranking includes listed and unlisted companies. While for the listed companies the valuation is given by capitalization, for unlisted ones the value is calculated starting from the financial results of 2021 and multiples of October 2022.
