Mihai Păduroiu is the new CEO of Office Division One United Properties.

Being one of the most important players on the Romanian real estate market and the expansion of our projects in the office segment has determined us to attract valuable people in our team. We are happy to announce the appointment of Mr. Mihai Păduroiu as CEO Office Division One United Properties, starting November 1st, 2019.
Mihai has a long career in the local real estate market, in some of the largest international consulting companies. During his 13 year activity in real estate, he was involved in numerous relocation processes for both multinational and local companies, trading over 500,000 sqm of offices throughout this period.
In his new role at One United Properties, Mihai will coordinate the rental of all office projects: One Tower, One Cotroceni Park, One Verdi Park, One North Gate, and One Victoriei Center, as well as strengthening the relationship with tenants, in order to maximize the satisfaction of all occupants from One developments.
Mihai holds a degree in International Economic Relations from the Academy of Economic Studies and is a member of the 2016 RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
