Located near Verdi Park in northern Bucharest, in Floreasca neighborhood, One Verdi Park developed by One United Properties is outlined as a landmark project on the local real estate market.

Therefore, we decided to change the strategy for One Verdi Park project, so that we can increase the offer of residential units and thus expand it within the second tower of the project.

The facades are being redesigned, we are working with the architects who designed the facade at One Charles de Gaulle - Bueso-Inchausti & Rein Arquitectos in Madrid.
