Ionuţ Dumitrescu is the founder of Eurisko Real Estate Consulting (1997), which was sold to the current CBRE in 2007. In 2003, he founded Building Support Services, the largest real estate management company in Romania, whose shares he later sold to a consortium of international investors in 2006.
