On the 19th of July, One Tower, the office building within One Floreasca City, hosted the "Buildings' Circular Economy" seminar, organized by the Romania Green Building Council within Erasmus + CircularBIM project.
Energy efficiency and green energy growth, the importance of integrating bioclimatic design in real estate projects, sustainability and the importance of green buildings, as well as an introduction to the principles of the circular economy, were the main topics developed by the seminar participants.
The event was officially opened by RoGBC (Romania Green Building Council) President Andrei Botiș. The CircularBIM Erasmus+ project was presented immediately afterward by a University of Seville, Spain representative. Dr. architect Daniel N. Armenciu, lecturer at the University of Architecture and Urbanism "Ion Mincu", gave a lecture on "Circular economy in green buildings and sustainable communities", and Beatrice Dumitrașcu, CEO Residential Division One United Properties, presented a case study on "Green houses and circular economy."

The stakeholder perspective shaped the auditors' view on the topic with a debate on the circular economy and the importance of EPDs. The moderator Ciprian Sipoș (Green Interiors) invited as guests Gabriel Golumbeanu, Saint-Gobain Romania, Oana Bădescu, Kauf Insulation, Răzvan Copoiu, Signify and Oana Diaconescu, Dean FAI, University of Architecture and Urbanism "Ion Mincu".
