Developed on the site of the former Ventilatorul platform, on an area of 5.8 hectares, One Cotroceni Park is shaping up as the most ambitious urban regeneration project in modern Bucharest, which, once completed, will give back to the city and the community an area with multiple benefits. The innovative vision is developing on an abandoned industrial area, with a positive impact on the city, transforming the area into a vibrant community that lives and works together.
One Cotroceni Park will deliver a unique real estate concept with mixed-use functions, shaped like a city within a city and consisting of a residential area, a business park with two office buildings, and a commercial area offering access to a wide range of services and integrated facilities: green spaces, restaurants, running and cycling tracks, cafes, gym, swimming pool, pharmacy, cleaning services, cinema, dynamic offices, modern apartments, and educational facilities.
